RETURNS / EXCHANGES

LuLA by Angelica Cota offers a refund on purchases from AngelicaCota.com. Return your purchase in the original packaging, with a copy of invoice, prepaid and insured, within 14 days from the original shipping date. The merchandise must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with all tags intact. Items received after 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee upon a Return Authorization. A refund is subject to a Return Authorization. A Return Authorization must be issued to insure the processing of the return item. Shipping charges are non refundable. In the case of customized or special order merchandise, all sales are final. *Please note all Return Policy terms must be followed for a refund.
